A package of suggestions

Hay guys, here are my suggestions:

1) We should add a more multicultural touch to this forum by having subforums for some other countries so it attracts people from all different backgrounds

2) I don't mean to be too intrusive, but it'd be nice to see the moderator-team consisting of people with different political opinions/(ethnic) background/locations.

3) a gallery

Thanks for joining and your great suggestions.

Gallery will be up soon!

Your other suggestions will be implemented soon as well.

As far as going the PDF or PD, etc. and some other forums that are on the web representing pakistan, I can assure you that with administration team from DefenceTalk.com, we will set an example for all to follow.

We would like to work closely with other Pakistani forums but not at the cost of those who have different view and opinions. We will extend hand for friendship but keep our main objective and goal above that which is Pakistan and its strategic geopolitical role in the world.

However, for us to do all that, we will need YOUR help. Please tell your friends and other websites that you participate on.

Well, the forum is particularly made for the Pakistanis, where ever they may be, nevertheless people from other states (with other ethnicity/nation) can join in anytime.

Site just started. Give it a time. You'll see people from all backgrounds.

All political opinions are welcome, just like at DT, as long as they follow the rules & regulations of the board.

3) a gallery

AFAIK the creator of this forum the gallery will definitely be made &/or may be shared with or from the sister sites.

Not entirely familiar with the forum yet, can u please explain how to post a quick reply?

Also, the site looks very military orientated, the home page is anyways! It would be nice to also show the other side of pakistan, the scenery, culture, potential as well..Maybe a featured pic of somewhere nice in Pakistan, to show lurkers how beautiful pakistan really is, rather than showing how big our guns are.

The home page itself in my honest opinion is too text heavy, way too much going on at the moment! It would be nice to condense the front page, to not maybe contain so much info to make it a bit easier on the eyes.

Im not quite sure if many people will use the 'Tags' box on the front page in particular.

Sorry if this is taken negatively, but im just trying to help improvve this site, i feel it has a LOT of potential handled correctly!

Welcome to PakistanTalk and thank you for your valuable suggestions. The website is still very new and your ideas and comments can only help us improve so we appreciate your input (in favor or critical).

PakistanTalk is and will be a portal website featuring EVERYTHING about Pakistan. So, sometimes you might see military stuff, sometimes cultural, but mostly news in the featured boxes as it comes through. There are other sections which would serve information database purpose.

I've attached a screenshot for you as far as Quick Reply feature is concerned.
