Pakistan miseries are older than her birth. Before partition Punjab dissection was devised to hurt ruthlessly Pakistan’s vital interests in the approaching days. Same was the tragedy of the of Bengal Partition strategy.
There were some 570 princely states in United India; only 3 had not acceded to the newly born countries; Pakistan & India. They were Junagarh, Hyderabad, and Kashmir. The princes of the two; Junagarh and Hyderabad out of the three were Muslims. And prince of the third state; Kashmir was a Hindu. The most important, strongest, wealthiest, biggest and principal states among the princely states of India were these three; Junagarh, Hyderabad, and Kashmir. And so all the three were left deliberately at the mercy of Hindus and they did what they could.
Gurdaspur was a subdivision of Lahore Division during British rule. The last ditch collusive wangling in Gurdaspur, which is bordering Narowal, District of Pakistani Punjab, Kathua District of Jammu and Kashmir, and the Indian Punjab districts of Amritsar, Hoshiarpur, Chamba and Kangra of Himachal Pradesh. It lies between the Ravi and Beas rivers and comprising of 1,373 sq mi (3,557 sq km). And which had been administratively subdivided into four tehsils: Gurdaspur, Batala, Shakargarh and the disputed claimed Pathankot. According to the 1901 census Muslims were 49% (463,371), Hindus were 10% (91,756) and the remaining were others, Sikhs etc. In 1947 Shakargarh Tehsil became part of Sialkot District which was part of the West Punjab province of Pakistan while the rest of the Gurdaspur i.e. tehsils; Gurdaspur, Batala, and Pathankot were granted to India. And this British complicity proved as the bloodiest boulevard for the bleeding wound of Kashmir for the last 62 years and the years to come. Innocent 0.6 Million Kashmiris have thus far been martyred and one doesn’t know when the blood bath of Kashmiris will get the end. After announcing partition by midnight of Aug. 14-15, 1947 the then British Empire virtually left India and her enormous assets in the hands of Hindus, and the Lord Mountbatten as their godfather. And so the worst hanky panky in the distribution of the assets was carried out.
The Indian overt aggression in 1948 in Kashmir, in 1965 in Lahore & Sialkot, in 1971 in East Pakistan, and in 1984 in Siachen Glacier on one hand and numerous covert aggressions throughout against Pakistan are the recently held hypocrisy of the world great dummy democracy.
Nevertheless our leaders, excluding Mohammad Ali Jinnah are so easy virtue that they have not only condoned but have rewarded her with a grand concession her every aggression.
They are out constantly to convert our homeland into desert land and we have been submitting every concession she wants; concession of declaring ceasefire in 1948, concession in Sino Indian war in 1962, and concession in converting the ceasefire line into line of control.
Signing the Indus Waters Treaty is a water-grabbing treaty between India and Pakistan. Our this death warrant was signed in Karachi on September 19, 1960 by Indian Prime Minister Jawaharlal Nehru and President of Pakistan Field Marshal Mohammad Ayub Khan. Here the World Bank is their godfather. The Indus System of Rivers comprises three Western Rivers the Indus, Jhelum and Chenab and three Eastern Rivers - the Sutlej, Beas and Ravi. This suicidal concord gives India exclusive right of all of the waters of the Eastern Rivers and their tributaries ‘before the point where the rivers enter Pakistan’. Gen Musharraf to launder himself granted her the concession of building Baglihar Hydroelectric Power Project Kishanganga Hydel Project in J&K dams and so many others. General Musharraf has beaten many others in loose lavishness towards India. So much so he allowed India to fence more the 70 Km long vital border, known as LOC!!!
JI’s Ameerul Mu’mineen, General Zia ruled (doomed to say the least) the country known as Pakistan (rolled to be appropriate most) for more than 11 years exclusively. The third dictator, Zia-ul-Haque proved himself the most third-rate among the lot and of course he was the worst among the rest. His legacy will haunt the nation, region and world at large. He was so duffer that on loosing the most strategic region of Siachen to Hindus in the so called heyday of Pak-US ties he was fooling the nation by downplaying the importance of Siachen. So whenever he was asked for comment, his reply was always by snuffling; “Siachen is a place where not a single twig of grass grows over there”. Although it was revealed subsequently that apart from strategic importance of Siachen the world rarest rose plants grow only over there!!!
BB & Babu do the same for 10 years alternately but aggregately. And then the JI’s Commando, General Musharraf pushed the ill fated country for 10 years. The total occupancy comes out 31 long wrong years. Whether none of ‘them’ was from a human species, let alone a General, a Muslim, a Pakistani, a Leader, a Democrat, a Religious a Secular to have shed a single tear over the ill fated Pakistanis from his/her eye and started even a single mega dam???
Right today none of our political lot is going to nudge or budge a little in this regard!!! Indian Hindus are shrewdly on the go in Swat, N & S Waziristan and Balochistan and what we are doing we are begging for talks on Kashmir!!! eh?
We are also in the hunt for US, UK, SA and Brahmin Bharat for what, just for talks and simply for letting our cowboys to be accommodated in IPL. Huh? And whenever India just gives a single line statement that they are willing for resuming talks, then our wheeler-dealers begin forthwith dancing for months if not for the whole year, as if they have conquered Kashmir!!! Ouch?
If the Brahmin Hindus are not willing to give in a little in the stolen Siachen Glacier, which is tip of the iceberg then how and what far they would be willing to donate us the Kashmir, which is skull of the region!!! So far UN Security Council resolutions on Kashmir are concerned, one must remember the Divine Law, discovered by Sir Isaac Newton, known as Newton's first law of motion: which states that, “if a body is at rest or moving at a constant speed in a straight line, it will remain at rest or keep moving in a straight line at constant speed unless it is acted upon by a force”.
