then comes the issue of reason why pakistan was formed, and one senses they have still not got over with that a majority of subcontinent muslims are no more a part of pakistan for which in the first place pakistan was formed and they see india as a culprit in that since the notion that a west pakistani muslim committing genocide and atrocities on a fellow muslim in east pakistan cant be imagined because the utopian impression remains a muslim cant do anything wrong to another muslim, though no matter how many times they might face similar situations of a muslim doing absolutely wrong to another muslim in day-to-day life.
then pakistan has been taken to ride for a number of years by their ruling elite be it the political class or the armed forces or the bureaucracy or the business community who have all traded the interests of the nation for their petty gains and have allowed outside forces be it the us or the ksa or the prc to use pakistan to further their interests through pakistan.
so what one gets is a cocktail of a lot of inherent fears which take a toll on the judgment of an individual and in this case of a nation and all that leads to a lot of confrontation from with in and in one such confrontation a thing like aman ki asha has to be confronted by tooth and nail and if not done then they are subjecting to an indian conspirasy hatched to do away with a nation called pakistan, any wonder why a good 32% of the pakistanis want a certain zaid hamid as their next president only next to musharraf who gets 34% pakistanis interested.
