The video and the HasanG20's signature together are so Ironic that I was not sure if the user was commenting on the video or the signature was automatically displayed.
This is what the sign said as I read it. "“I offer neither pay, nor quarters, nor food; I offer only hunger, thirst, forced marches, battles and death. Let him who loves his country with his heart, and not merely with his lips, follow me.”.
