It was '128', aik so athais (as said in Urdu);
They were talking about either flour or some other item that the govt claims that it is subsidizing for the poor people, but the opposition (the fat cow) negated it by saying that that item might be available to her (Kashmala) at Rs 128/whatever unit as it must have been gifted to her by her 'friends' (friends...shhhhhh.)
