Did this guy deserve that for being outrageously stupid and putting his own life in danger and seemingly to refuse other people's help to get him down off the train?

Or

Is this simply an unfortunate event and a situation gone wrong?

Well....What do you expect he had sniffed something,decided ''oh ill ride on the train'' and thats why he refused help from other people....No one deserves to die like that ....
