Default Arab unrest spreading and Egypt leader fires Cabinet

Arab unrest spreading and Egypt leader fires Cabinet
Egypt's president fired his Cabinet early Saturday after protesters engulfed his country in chaos — battling police with stones and firebombs, burning down the ruling party headquarters and defying a night curfew enforced by the army.

In a nationally televised address at midnight, President Hosni Mubarak made vague promises of social reform but did not offer to step down himself. He also defended his security forces — outraging protesters calling for an end to his nearly 30-year regime.

"Out, out, out!" protesters chanted in violent, chaotic scenes of battles with riot police and the army — which was sent onto the streets for the first time Friday during the crisis.
Protesters seized the streets of Cairo, battling police with stones and firebombs and burning down the ruling party headquarters.

Egypt has been one of the United States' closest allies in the region since President Anwar Sadat made peace with Israel at Camp David in 1977.Mubarak kept that deal after Sadat's assassination

This is all alarming signal for Egyptian President to end his 30 years rule but still he is interested to rule the country but the public are total against him.

Arab unrest spreading in Amman Jordan, Protestor from opposition Labour union chat anti government slogan and blame government economic policy which the protestors blame for worsening economic condition.

Our leaders also learn from both leader’s mistake and try to out Pakistan from economic crisis, reduce un-employment and inflation before too late and public come in street for making a change?

Thanking You

Yours faithfully

If you are in the hope that we might follow suit, think again.

We, as a nation, are too crotchety to come out on the streets unless we are being led by a strong leader. And who do you suppose will lead us here? Any prime contenders?

There is a higher level of education in Egypt. Pakistan probably won't follow in the footsteps of the mid east and north african countries
