Default Top 10 worst passwords

PC Magazine recently compiled a list of the 10 worst passwords, to wit:

Click the image to open in full size.

-password
-123456
-qwerty
-abc123
-letmein
-monkey
-myspace1
-password1
-blink182
-(your first name)

Along with this let me repeat here some tips on secure passwords passed along by the Geek Squad:

Absolutely do not use single words you find in the dictionary. One of the most basic hacker tactics is known as a "dictionary attack," where an automated program will attempt the words of the dictionary. These simple passwords are particularly vulnerable.

Take advantage of the shift key, and use the available characters in addition to numbers and capital letters.

Avoid personal details such as home address, birthday or children's names. This information is surprisingly easy to get a hold of, and hackers targeting you specifically will likely attempt it.

Visit Microsoft's Password Checker to get an at-a-glance sense of just how secure your password is.

Well speaking frankly, the alphabets in the PW actually make noun(s) when properly rearranged. Ofcourse those noun(s) do not exist in a dictionary nor they are not a common man.

Moreover to recall the PW i had kept/placed the special characters in the PW in such a way where they could make 'sense' to me on the keyboard

i hope it would be easy now :)

Lol....I knew that was coming.....well I have had one password for everything including my internet banking for the last 13 years.....I havent needed to revise it (plus I chose not to change it as I have a really bad memory when it comes to remembering names etc) and telling you today would mean I have to megabook my brain.

I'll tell you my pin code if you want though (which I have luckily changed).....does that apply to this thread?

My first password was lieveheersbeestje90 (ladybug90) and I kept using it till I graduated highschool. Never had problems with it, never got hacked.

Btw, this is what my password means:
