If that is true, why do so many people make the claim that Islam is the fastest growing religion? That many people are converting to it.

Facts seem to point to the reverse.

Even among the few thousand converts, 75% reject Islam within 3 years in the Western countries.

On the other hand, mililons are leaving the religion every year.

Everyday, 16,000 Muslims convert to Christianity.
Every year, 6,000,000 Muslims convert to Christianity.

In Pakistan, there were just 80,000 Christians in 1947. In 2000, there were 6,000,000 Christians in Pakistan and their number was rapidly growing.

In Bangladesh where Muslims did all they could not to leave a single woman without raping her 10,000,000 abandoned Islam and converted to Christianity.
In 1900, there was only 1,000,000 Catholics in Africa. Since then, in just 100 years, their number grew 330 times and now is 330,000,000. And it´s only Catholics. But there are also Orthodox, Protestants , Lutherans…

I think you have problems in understanding the statistics you see.

You are reading the question about the number of muslims who renounce Islam and convert to Christianity and start to answer about the growth of muslims in the result of the higher birthrate. Also, you evidently do not understand that 10,000 new converts to Islam in Great Britain or 30,000 new converts to Islam in France are nothing compared to 6,000,000 people who renounce Islam and convert to Christianity in Africa and another 1,5 million who convert to Christianity in Asia.

And by the way, to make the picture complete: 75% of the new converts to Islam in the European countries and USA renounce of Islam within three years.

The population of Bangladesh is over 140 mln people. 1% of 140 mln means 1,4 mln. Christians in Bagladesh. The total number of the Christian converts during the Bangladesh short history is 10,000,000 people.

And by Mr. Nazir S Bhatti, President, Pakistan Christian Congress, the total number of Christians in Pakistan is 13% of the population of Pakistan.

Again, I think that the Pakistanis know the situation in Pakistan “slightly” better than you or Wikipedia.

Islam is "growing" only to the statisical tricks, when a child born in the muslim family is counted as a Muslim even if he/she later converts to Judaism, Christianity, Buddhism or becomes an Atheist. For example, Ibn Warraq, the author of the famous book " Why i am not a muslim", isis still counted as a Muslim in the Muslim statistics. But one should be a fool trying to deny that in the competition for the new converts, Islam is hopelessly losing to Christianity.

why doing wrong and misleading propaganda against Islam and who much you get for it?

You saying 10 thousand switch over to n Christian from Algeria but you do not see the CNN or get news that more 95 MILLION gathered at the Shrine of Hazrat IMAM HUSSAIN (AS) at Karbala, Iraq

Where is AMERICAN watchman the P I G ( Saddam Hussain ) killed millions Muslims in Iraq not from Shia but Sunni but in which Heaven he is enjoying a protocal life after death on account of services rendered for United States ( always remain open enemies of Islam and Shia-e-Ali _

I think I should show your thread to the grand mufti of Al Azhar and the Imam of the Kabah, because within a few years there will be no muslims left on earth.

Yes, very soon there will be no more detested muslims left and you will hear only hallelujahs, mosques will disappear, and vinod will have no one left to bash anymore.
