I am surprised. What exactly has he done? He has just posted an article from a Pakistani newspaper. He has criticized the act and the people involved, not the country. What exactly is wrong with that?
Compare that to the sick mentality shown here by many that post hyper inflated figures of Indian poverty without knowing the basics of economy and the poverty in their own country, enjoy the plight of the poor, link it to India's efforts in Afghanistan and generally make a mockery of any serious debate.
At this point, it is not necessary to link this issue to comparable happenings in India! Maybe you can compare it to Afghanistan, being a fellow Islamic country that you share much more with. Ideally why compare at all! Just discuss the issue on its own merit.
