World's first gay superheroes

[Lady Macbeth]

MEET the first gay comic book crime-fighting team.
A new magazine called Spandex has gone on sale, featuring this gang of homosexual heroes.


Based in Brighton, they are led by glamorous transvestite Liberty and include deadly lesbian Diva, French teleporter Indigo, human light Glitter and rock hard twins Mr Muscles & Butch.
Perhaps the most intriguing character is Prowler.
The makers of the comic say: "Prowler has the power to absorb the skills and abilities of any gay person.
"So that could mean taking the powers of a team-mate or enemy or just learning how to throw a fab dinner party!"
The team will do battle against villains with names including Muscle Mary, Pussy and the Pink Ninjas.
The first series sees the Spandex crime fighters defend their hometown from the 'Attack of the 50-Foot Lesbian'.
Creator Martin Eden says: "Gay people in comics are fairly under-represented, but this new comic aims to address that.

I think its just some careless person cashing in by using a subconscious ''Taboo'' of the society...which also happens to be one of the fastest grown industry in the world.

Not to sound homophobic but do we really need useless ''garbage reads'' like that in our stores? And who in their right mind still reads comics?

Well, the tribal areas are much into this whole gay thing. It is a well known fact. You can easily find that out. Try talking to a tribal or just google.

Same goes for Madressas. It is much prevalent there (as it would be in any place where a large number of one sex people are present from a sexually repressed society). Again well known and something you can easily confirm.

Finger pointing eh....then lets not rule out the Vatican and Swami Prakashanand Saraswati of the Barsana Dham temple!!!!

Plus I dont think the people in the tribal belts of Pakistan have too much time for taking care of the carnal needs let alone buy some shoddy lampoonery...what with all the bombs they are making at home and planned terrorist activities they are taking part in.....(sarci )

Plus with all the ''Indian Literature'' available to them why would they want to buy comics with diddly drawings that are worse than what my two year old can doodle.

What I mentioned is a fact widely known. I am not sure what you meant by "Indian literature". Do you mean Kama Sutra is widely popular in the tribal areas?
