In our country ONE want fresh notes have two options to collect. One tension free but pay the premium and second full of tension and worry submit CNIC. Lets decide which is the best and easy?

One from get BLACK market and pay the premium and no questioned asked about CNIC. Get as many fresh notes but pay the premium. More interesting to share in this place never heard ever non-supply of fresh note. If a person does not collect fresh note from Banks or State Bank than last hope which seldom let down.

If a account holders goes to its bankers than if the Manager want to give him fresh note than demand for CNIC otherwise regret and blame we do not get supply of fresh notes from STATE BANK. But any known customers demand than supply fresh notes and try to fulfill his demand perhaps no questioned asked for CNIC copy when supply more than 1 packet.

I request to Governor of State Bank of Pakistan as some BLACK SHEEP want to keep supply of FRESH notes in Black Market such way commercial banks not get their required fresh note demand.

That is why small customers seldom get opportunity to get fresh note and always think which way get fresh note without paying any additional premium.
