New Features and additions, etc.

Hello Folks,

This thread is dedicated to new features, additions, etc. that are made to the website and the forum. Your comments and thoughts are appreciated.

First of all, as you can tell the forum look has changed. There are few minor changes still to be made but over all, the whole site (homepage, forum) should now behave as one unit.

Again, your comments and suggestions are welcomed. I will try to implement useful suggestions but not all - not in the business of keeping everybody happy, you see, I can't. :D

Majority of the features that many members are used will be reinstated soon so, don't keep that from making you post and participate.

There is more where that came from, stay tuned!

Congradulations DarkStar, Neo, Sis and Webmaster (whom I don't know yet ) with the new look and name. I knew we were working on the website, didn't expect it to be a complete make over. Many things are different but I'm sure we will all get used to these changes.

I hope you will complete the make over asap and fix the stuff thats not working optimal.

Btw, so many members went inactive. Is there an issue with accessibility or change of domain? Do they know that we are here?

Thanks Selma. In time, the dust should settle and everything will be normal again.

The "make-over" (if you want to call it that) is done. We just have to work on the cosmetics, etc. now.

As far as the members are concerned, I did send out an email to all users. Did you get it? I would say, invite them back if you are in contact with them... invite your friends as well and tell them to invite theirs.

Thanks. Although I like the simple, straight forward logo for now, I wouldn't mind considering a banner as long as its not too fancy/kiddish, like some of the websites which tend to go overboard with banners, etc. as I rather not waste too much space on top with that kind of stuff.

If you can create one that BLENDS into the background but shows some face as well, that would be great.
